Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, using our website, or contacting QuickGas Door to Door Delivery Nigeria Ltd (hereinafter "QuickGas", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all customers, visitors and users of our services, including walk-in customers, online orders, and WhatsApp orders.
Our Services
QuickGas provides the following LPG-related services:
- Home Delivery â LPG gas cylinders (5KG, 12.5KG, 25KG, 50KG) delivered to residential addresses.
- Cylinder Exchange Service â Customers may swap an empty cylinder for a refilled one of the same size (subject to Section 3 below).
- Commercial & Bulk Supply â Large-scale LPG supply for businesses, hotels, restaurants, hospitals and industries.
âšī¸ Service availability may vary by location and stock levels. We will inform you at the time of order if a particular service or cylinder size is unavailable.
Cylinder Exchange Policy
QuickGas operates a cylinder exchange programme allowing customers to swap empty cylinders for full ones. The following terms govern this service:
- The empty cylinder presented must be a standard, undamaged, certified LPG cylinder of the same size as the replacement requested.
- We accept cylinders from all major Nigerian brands (NNPC, Oryx, Sifax, Blaze, etc.) subject to inspection.
- Cylinders that are dented, rusted, leaking, expired (past recertification date), or have damaged valves will not be accepted for exchange.
- Rejected cylinders will be returned to the customer and no exchange will be processed.
- Cylinder exchange is a like-for-like swap â a 12.5KG empty for a 12.5KG full cylinder. Cross-size exchanges are not permitted.
- The exchange fee covers gas refill only. Cylinder replacement costs apply if the customer does not have an eligible empty cylinder.
- QuickGas reserves the right to withdraw or modify the cylinder exchange programme at any time with reasonable notice.
â ī¸ Do not tamper with cylinder valves or attempt to self-refill cylinders. Damaged or tampered cylinders will be refused for safety reasons.
Ordering & Delivery
- Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp (+234 708 143 6052), or by calling our hotline.
- An order reference number will be generated upon submission. Please retain it for tracking and queries.
- Delivery times are estimates only. QuickGas is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
- Deliveries are made within our operating hours: Monday â Saturday: 7am â 7pm, Sunday: 9am â 3pm.
- A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present to receive the delivery.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order may be cancelled and a restocking fee charged.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (âĻ) and are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions.
- The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
- Payment is accepted cash on delivery, or via bank transfer prior to delivery (details provided upon order confirmation).
- QuickGas is not responsible for pricing errors on the website; we reserve the right to correct and cancel orders affected by pricing errors.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge if cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
- Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover delivery costs.
- Refunds for overpayments or cancelled pre-paid orders will be processed within 3 â 5 business days via the original payment method or mobile transfer.
- No refunds are given for gas already delivered and accepted by the customer.
Safety & Liability
- LPG is a flammable gas. Customers must handle cylinders safely, store them upright in ventilated areas, and away from heat sources.
- QuickGas is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from improper storage, handling, or installation of cylinders by the customer.
- Installation of regulators and hoses is the responsibility of the customer or a qualified technician.
- If you suspect a gas leak, immediately turn off the cylinder valve, ventilate the area, and call our hotline or emergency services.
â ī¸ Never use a naked flame to check for gas leaks. Use soapy water on connections.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information when ordering.
- Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Inspect the cylinder upon delivery and report any concerns before the delivery agent leaves.
- Do not use or attempt to modify our cylinders in any unauthorised manner.
Privacy Policy
QuickGas collects personal data (name, phone number, address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
By placing an order, you consent to being contacted via phone or WhatsApp for order updates, promotional offers, and customer service. You may opt out at any time by messaging us "STOP" on WhatsApp.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will first be sought to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate Nigerian courts.
