By placing an order, using our website, or contacting QuickGas Door to Door Delivery Nigeria Ltd (hereinafter "QuickGas", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers, visitors and users of our services, including walk-in customers, online orders, and WhatsApp orders.

Our Services

QuickGas provides the following LPG-related services:

â„šī¸ Service availability may vary by location and stock levels. We will inform you at the time of order if a particular service or cylinder size is unavailable.

Cylinder Exchange Policy

QuickGas operates a cylinder exchange programme allowing customers to swap empty cylinders for full ones. The following terms govern this service:

âš ī¸ Do not tamper with cylinder valves or attempt to self-refill cylinders. Damaged or tampered cylinders will be refused for safety reasons.

QuickGas collects personal data (name, phone number, address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By placing an order, you consent to being contacted via phone or WhatsApp for order updates, promotional offers, and customer service. You may opt out at any time by messaging us "STOP" on WhatsApp.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will first be sought to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate Nigerian courts.

Payment Terms
